How It Works
To get started, follow our simple 1-2-3 process.
Step 1 - Sign Up and Join
Complete the registration form to become a partner. Receive notifications of new properties needing realtors in your area.
Step 2 - List Properties and Handle Showings
Upload the provided listing materials to MLS and handle showings. Collaborate with our transaction coordinators to finalize sales.
Step 3 - Earn Commissions!
Finalize the sales with the help of our transaction coordinators. Receive your commission once the deal is closed.

✓ We are Online Land Market, we help our Partners in marketing their properties and efficient sales on the disposition process.
✓ Yes, we have a Joint-Venture Agreement or Buyer’s Resolution document signed by both our company and our partners allowing us to market the properties for them. Our Partners also have a purchase contract with the owner/seller that states they are allowed to market the properties in any way.
✓ We have our own amazing Commission Structure, please see the table below:

✓ We will be sending you a welcome email with a Realtor Spreadsheet attached so you can view all the information about the properties. We also prepared short tutorial videos that you can watch and to work with the spreadsheet faster and easily.
✓ Online Land Market should be the Seller in the Listing Agreement and Robin Seib as the signer.
✓ Yes, we will be forwarding leads/potential buyers to you who will want to visit and see the properties for themselves. Also, we wanted to get your feedback on the properties as this will help us determine a few things especially with their value and price.
✓ Cash Prices and Owner Financing Terms can be found in your Realtor Spreadsheet. Simply go to the “Properties” tab at the bottom part and scroll to the right to see the information. (Columns I and J)
✓ You can send the Listing Agreements via e-signature to [email protected] .
✓ You can upload a Marketing Analysis through the realtor spreadsheet, there will be a link in Column O, it will direct you to a form then just follow the steps or answer the questions needed.
✓ You can submit an offer through the realtor spreadsheet, there will be a link in Column P, it will direct you to a form, then just follow the steps or answer the questions needed.
✓ You may go to the realtor spreadsheet, simply go to the “Properties” tab at the bottom part and look for Column M. The link will direct you to a google drive folder that contains all the materials you need for MLS Listing. Sometimes we have to wait for the Drone footages/images to be uploaded as this may take time since our drone pilots need to visit the property for the shots.
